Atlas Systems respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our lead forms, websites, social media pages and enquiry channels.

Information we collect

We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand what help you require, manage follow-up, provide requested services and improve our lead-handling processes.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers to receive, transmit and store enquiry information. These may include Meta, Make and Google/Firebase. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Google account and Google Drive data

When you connect a Google account through an Atlas Systems automation, we may request permission to access Google Drive data required for the specific workflow you authorize. Depending on that workflow, this may include reading file and folder metadata, locating files and folders, reading file contents, creating files, or updating files.

We use Google user data only to provide the automation functionality you explicitly request. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Make may process authorized Google data as the automation platform used to execute the workflow. Access is limited to the scopes and functionality required for that authorized workflow.

Atlas Systems' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Atlas Systems' access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.

Sale of personal information

Atlas Systems does not sell personal information submitted through our enquiry forms.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.

Your choices

You may ask Atlas Systems to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your enquiry. Contact us through the Atlas Systems Facebook Page or the same official channel through which you submitted your enquiry.
